This is the third pair of these boots I purchased. They are great for the first year or two, but both previous pairs started to leak after that and I found several places where the seams had come apart / split. They seem to fail around the side of the toe box seam between leather and rubber.Since they are so comfortable and warm I have replaced them when the seams start to fail.
