I bought this for my husband because he is a mechanic and his cards (credit cards, store cards, etc...) get damaged easily in normal wallets while he is out working on large equipment. I wanted a wallet that zipped up the cards to give them more protection. So far so good, I did read some of the other reviews before I bought it, but the price was good enough that I didn't think it would be a horrible loss if it broke. So far the zipper hasn't malfunctioned (he's been using it for about 6 months now) and his cards seem to be holding up a liitle better with the added protection of being enclosed. No holes or major wear and tear and he says that it feels just a comfortable in his pocket as any other wallet.
