I'm 6' and 175 lbs, the large fits great. I replaced the 1" black plastic buttons everyone is rightly complaining about with 1.5" wood buttons and now they don't come undone. If you plan on buttoning this coat get at least one size above what your tshirt size is. The large buttons and is roomy but you should be wearing a vest or just wear it open anyway. The material is very light and rough-woven, looks great. Fully cotton lined, with small modifications this coat will be a great reenactor piece.
