This planner saved my butt already in the month I've owned it. I forgot I was to take a shift for a coworker until I saw it written in my planner, so I got extra hours and not in trouble! Lol.The planner is high quality durable cover and paper for fountain pens. The monthly section has room for the calendar and side room for notes or weekly remembrances, whatever you want really. The weekly section has more room for more specific events AND a notes page on the other side of the weekly to jot whatever you need like quick Todo for the week, budgeting or verse memorization, etc. Then there's a notes section at the last third of the book I haven't even used yet but there if I need it. This planner is all I need to stay organized.TLDR: This is my perfect planner with the monthly weekly and notes section for all organization for a better me, great job Hobonochi! God bless (Matthew 5:45)!While I'm a little disappointed by the thinness or the flimsiness of the "hard cover," I do love the color pop of the yellow. Compared to my 2016 Hobonichi Weeks, the paper is ever so slightly thinner and the spacing of the overall layout a bit larger (grid spacing is the same). Only feedback I have is for Hobonichi to incorporate a monthly tracker in the front, as well as make do away with the quotes, similar to the dated Kinbor Weeks.I was very excited to get my first hobonichi, the prized and renowned trendy planner. I knew about the thin paper and color and what it all looked like inside. The things I didn’t know are, the cover is a lightweight cardboard which feels cheap - like something I bought at Walmart. I have a $10 weeks “dupe” from Amazon that has a thick nice cover, I expected the same here - nope. The pages are thin of course but the whole book is thin, again making me feel duped into spending $30 for this. The cover on cover (sold separately) fits a bit sloppy I assume so it can also fit the mega version of the weeks. Over all I will use it, but the cheap feel makes me annoyed since this is supposed to be a wonderful quality item.Perfect size planner. Love Tomoe River paperThis planner allows you to begin using it the month before the new year, so I’m quickly getting to know it. The cover has a lovely texture, very much like a high quality tie. The paper is close enough to white that I don’t mind the slight creaminess. My pens still look very colorful on the paper. The layout is excellent. No worries that most of the text is Japanese; it’s still amazingly intuitive to use as you see fit. I love the weekly layout for quickly seeing upcoming events, and the monthly view is good for quick notes. My shopping list can hang out on the “blank” right side for most of the week. This checkbook-sized planner is going to be a helpful companion in the new year!I like the color and size, the paper is a bit thin but overall I like itThis weekly journal is so cute. The little drawings are adorable. The monthly calendars are very useful. This Hobonichi fits easily in small purses & bags. I take it everywhere.I love it, I write my lists. It has 79 notes pages in the back, a yearly index on one page and monthly’s starting from dec 2021 to march 2023. And weekly’s from nov 27 2021-Jan 1.The clear cover does not come with it but it is a Hobonichi weeks clear cover if u were wondering
